AGICO offers a choice of six basic aeration pad arrangements

Type A and B layouts are suitable for cement or raw material homogenization bins with a diameter of less than 12M
The annular aeration pad arrangement is installed obliquely at the bottom of the silo cement, while the central aeration pad is installed horizontally.

Type C is suitable for cement or raw material homogenization bins with a diameter of more than 12M
The annular aeration pad arrangement is installed obliquely at the bottom of the silo cement, while the central aeration pad is installed horizontally.

Type D is suitable for all kinds of cement or raw material storage bins
The annular aeration pad arrangement is installed obliquely at the bottom of the silo cement, while the central aeration pad is installed horizontally but with a smaller central area.

Type E is suitable for various cement or raw material storage bins and mixing bins
The annular aeration pad arrangement is installed obliquely at the bottom of the silo cement, while the central aeration pad is installed horizontally.

Type F is suitable for various cement or raw material mixing bins
All aeration chambers are installed horizontally.

The six basic arrangement methods have their own advantages, disadvantages and applicable scope. The designer and user should choose the appropriate arrangement method according to the actual situation.
The need for the number of aeration pads should be based on the actual situation, but the requirement of four, six, eight or twelve pads must be followed.
