So what will happen to the equipment when the Grinder Roll is worn out?

1. The pressure plates on both sides of the lining plate are deformed, and the fastening requirements cannot be met or the fastening ability is lost. In severe cases, the lining plate falls off, causing damage to the grinding disc, and even damage to the reducer at the bottom of the vertical mill;

2. After the wear occurs, the uneven force of the liner will cause cracks or local shedding, so that the fastening bolts are deformed or broken, and it is difficult to disassemble when the liner is replaced again;

3. Cause the lining plate positioning pin to deform or break, and aggravate the damage of the hub;

4. The more serious the wear of the inner hole of the hub, the more energy will be converted into heat energy and noise, resulting in a waste of resources.
