The production process of refractory bricks consists of five parts.
Firstly, crushing. The purpose of this process is to check whether the refractory brick raw materials are broken, whether the particle classification is clear, whether the supercritical particles are completely removed, and whether the particle size distribution meets the predetermined requirements.
Secondly, batching. The program confirms that the formula and weighing are correct, the order of feeding meets the regulations, and the type, concentration, and dosage of the binder meet the requirements.
Then, press tight. The key point of this step is to check whether the forming tool conforms to the model and size specified by the brick type, whether the forming pressure is appropriate, and whether the forming operation is standardized.
Then, drying. The drying speed, drying time, and drying speed are strictly controlled according to regulations. After drying, check whether the refractory brick body is dry and cracked, and remove it if any.
Finally, firing. This key step must strictly implement the thermal operating system and firing system, heating rate, firing atmosphere, holding time, kiln installation method, etc.
